Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) seeks a part‑time Travel Retail Beauty Consultant in Barcelona (airport) to join the Brow Bar — temporary role, English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert product advice and beauty services at the Brow Bar to maximise conversion and client satisfaction in a travel retail environment (Barcelona airport).
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Provide regular sales reporting and update monthly performance reports and forecasts.
- Support visual merchandising, manage stock and assist with inventory control to ensure product availability.
- Organise and support in‑store events and promotions to drive footfall and brand engagement.
- Coach and develop colleagues to raise service standards and create a client‑centric atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' retail sales experience, preferably in perfumery or cosmetics; travel retail/airport experience is an advantage.
- High level of spoken and written English is required.
- Availability to work a 30-hour week (part‑time) and flexibility to work shifts typical of airport retail.
- Vocational diploma or formal training in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image is preferred.

Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales within perfumery or cosmetics; prior travel retail or airport experience is valued.
