Benefit Cosmetics seeks Trade Marketing Intern (6 months) in Düsseldorf, Germany. Support activations, POS materials, and promotional events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the conception and execution of trade marketing activations and counter animations
- Develop and refine promotional concepts for retail environments
- Independently process and coordinate field service requests to ensure point-of-sale visual merchandising materials remain current and compliant
- Coordinate the dispatch of counter materials and conduct inventory management of promotional stock in warehouse facilities
- Assist in planning and executing events for influencer partnerships and internal company functions
Qualifications
- Completed minimum three semesters of university study in business administration, marketing, or related discipline
- Demonstrated first practical professional experience
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Photoshop experience preferred
- Strong motivation and enthusiasm with sense of humour and hands-on mentality
- Demonstrated affinity for trade marketing, retail operations, and luxury cosmetics sector

Beginner level with at least one completed internship or practical professional experience in marketing, business, or related field
