Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global internal communications strategy that optimizes channels for a hybrid, geographically distributed workforce and increases employee engagement.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to create audience-specific communications plans and toolkits to ensure consistent, on‑brand messaging across markets.
- Own the editorial and publishing calendar; write, edit and publish a weekly global employee newsletter and maintain intranet content governance.
- Lead the design, rollout and ongoing governance of a global intranet, ensuring accurate, findable content and adoption across regions.
- Plan and support Global Town Halls, All‑Hands and other employee events, including run of show and technical production.
- Identify, curate and amplify internal stories that illustrate company culture, product initiatives and employee achievements.
- Track, analyze and report internal communications performance and use insights to refine strategy and improve engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- 7–9 years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a closely related discipline (minimum 5 years acceptable).
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to craft and deliver high‑impact, executive-level communications.
- Demonstrated ownership of intranet or content platform strategy, governance and publishing.
- Experience supporting production of large-scale internal events (Town Halls/All Hands) preferred.
- Comfort with analytics and measurement frameworks to evaluate communications effectiveness.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 7–9 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, with demonstrable experience managing intranets, partnering with senior leaders, and supporting global employee events; a minimum of five years’ relevant experience may be considered.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 116,000 to USD 178,000 per annum.
