Benefit Cosmetics Singapore: Sales Operations & Retail Support Intern (Malaysia & Singapore) — 6-month internship offering hands-on experience in retail operations and sales support within LVMH's prestigious beauty division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance decks across Malaysia and Singapore markets
- Support KPI tracking and analysis including sell-out performance, conversion rates, average basket size, and counter productivity
- Consolidate sell-out data from Sephora Malaysia and Singapore and maintain up-to-date sales trackers
- Assist in preparing commercial presentations and market performance reviews for internal stakeholders
- Support coordination of stock and replenishment needs by liaising with supervisors in both markets
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Regional Head of Sales and country Supervisors
- Maintain and update operational databases, trackers, and filing systems
- Assist in coordination of meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Support in raising purchase orders (POs) and tracking of invoices and shipments
- Assist with cross-dock and pre-alert documentation related to Sephora orders
- Act as key point of contact for information flow between Regional Head of Sales and Malaysia & Singapore Supervisors
- Support supervisors with scheduling, reporting templates, and operational tools to drive counter efficiency
- Assist in coordinating retail activations, events, and in-store initiatives across Sephora counters
- Monitor Visual Merchandising (VM) compliance and in-store execution standards by compiling feedback and photos from the field
- Assist in logistics and coordination of team trainings and briefings, including product launches and sales campaigns
- Prepare training materials, onboarding documents, and briefing decks for Beauty Advisors and field teams
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
- Able to commit from July 2026 to December 2026 on a full-time basis
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data tools is a plus
- Genuine passion for beauty and retail with curiosity about the travel retail and Sephora landscape
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Beginner level; candidates may be current students or recent graduates with little to no professional retail or sales operations experience.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
