Role & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and sell products professionally and enthusiastically to an international clientele.
• Actively animate the point of sale during commercial events and activities.
• Ensure merchandising guidelines and planograms are correctly implemented and followed, in close collaboration with the Retail Manager.
• Manage replenishment and stock to maintain product availability.
• Maintain correct, polished and attractive presentations of all in-store product displays.
• Represent Benefit’s values and identity at the point of sale through a positive, dynamic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Work efficiently and enthusiastically with the store team, contributing energy, motivation and a supportive attitude.
• Participate in training for general teams during product launches and help share product knowledge.
• Meet and, where possible, exceed sales targets set by the Retail Manager.
• Achieve established KPI targets.
• Ensure the right product assortment is available and maintain good knowledge of stock.
• Proactively propose ideas for commercial animations and activities that support sales targets.
• Contribute to the development of a Benefit stand in the Schiphol Airport terminal.
