Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Retail Account Manager in Pensacola, FL to lead retail growth, manage Sephora counter partnerships and develop BrowBar teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own retail sales and service results across assigned accounts and territory, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L accountability where applicable.
- Develop and execute territory strategies to grow retail sales, including new product launches, corporate initiatives and local in-store events.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with key retail partners and on-site counter teams (e.g., Sephora), acting as primary brand liaison.
- Coach, recruit and develop field and in-store selling teams to raise service standards and selling capabilities.
- Monitor consumer feedback and online reputation (Yelp, Google) to maintain high customer satisfaction and service KPIs.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to adapt merchandising, promotional and selling strategies.
- Travel to accounts as required to support activations, training and performance reviews; ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ demonstrable experience in retail sales and service; beauty industry or wholesale store experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with retail partners and cross-functional stakeholders, including counter managers and regional leadership.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays to meet retail business needs.
- Must be eligible to pass an E-Verify employment check.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation for territory travel.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive retail sales experience with demonstrable success in driving account-level retail results and managing relationships with specialty retailer partners.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Active Cosmetology or Aesthetician license in the work state preferred; if not licensed, candidate must obtain certification within the first year (company-sponsored training available).

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 68,000 to USD 85,000 per annum.
