Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards by coaching and developing retail teams to deliver outstanding experiences
- Monitor and maintain online ratings (Yelp, Google) above 4.0 collectively across assigned locations
- Plan and execute new product launches and corporate promotional programs with focus on retail sales results
- Develop and implement retail sales growth strategies, including in-store events and consumer engagement initiatives
- Analyze Benefit brand performance, competitive positioning, and market trends; adjust tactics to exceed category growth targets
- Execute monthly training visits and modules for Sephora staff; coordinate gondola and fixture updates with store operations
- Conduct Brand Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions with retail store leadership
- Recruit, interview, and onboard counter personnel, aestheticians, makeup artists, and freelancers; reduce turnover through supervision and skill development
- Directly supervise Arch Expert and Aesthetician employees; build relationships with cosmetology schools for talent pipeline development
- Monitor, coach, train, and motivate Benefit, Sephora, and Ulta team members in product knowledge, application techniques, and selling skills
- Ensure proper merchandising of displays, towers, and end caps for optimal visual exposure and accessibility
- Provide feedback to Benefit leadership on strategy effectiveness, training impact, and product performance
- Identify operational and performance gaps within accounts; develop and execute corrective action plans with specific goals and timelines
- Oversee territory budgets, expenses, timekeeping, and payroll procedures in compliance with company policies
- Manage employee relations matters, including worker's compensation claims, leaves of absence, and performance issues in partnership with HR
- Analyze and communicate inventory concerns to retail partners to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with state sanitation and hygiene standards for all counter operations
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support team growth in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and service experience, preferably in the beauty industry or wholesale channels
- Proven management experience leading, coaching, and motivating diverse teams
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Current and valid driver's license with proof of insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- Active Cosmetology or Aesthetician license in Colorado preferred; candidates without license must obtain certification within first year (company-sponsored training provided)
- Ability to pass E-Verify employment verification
- Physical ability to work in fragrance-filled environment with frequent client contact

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales and service, ideally within the prestige beauty sector or wholesale retail environments. Education
