Role & Responsibilities
- Join the Marketing & Digital team and gain cross-functional exposure to PR, training and sales activities.
- Support and execute social media content and PR initiatives across channels.
- Assist with implementation of the marketing plan and new product launches.
- Support marketing activations and event coordination.
- Co‑organize periodic sales meetings and internal cross‑departmental events.
- Perform DTP work and create artwork for local marketing materials.
- Translate PR and product texts between Dutch and English (French a plus).
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, proactive and creative personality with a passion for beauty and the Benefit brand.
- Minimum MBO/HBO level in marketing, communications, design or media (vocational diploma or bachelor-level).
- Availability for 6 months, at least 4 days per week (ideally 5).
- Fluent Dutch and English in both spoken and written communication; French is a plus.
- Good command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and MS Office.

Experience
Entry‑level (beginner). Prior practical experience creating social content or student/portfolio work in marketing, social or communications is advantageous but not required.
Education
Vocational diploma (MBO) or Bachelor's degree (HBO) in marketing, communications, design, media or a related discipline.
Workplace
This position is based in Capelle aan den IJssel, South Holland, Netherlands, within easy reach of Rotterdam.
