Role & Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the sales administration team, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing, billing, and customer support
- Develop and implement sales administration procedures to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to support commercial decision-making
- Work with global demand planning teams on product forecasting and new product sales projections in collaboration with sales and marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive European distribution strategy aligned with global supply chain and commercial objectives
- Oversee warehousing (3PL) and transportation activities to ensure optimal service levels and minimize costs
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate distribution performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Establish and monitor budgets, define corrective and improvement action plans to stay on track
- Supervise the indirect procurement process for the European region to ensure efficiency, transparency, and policy compliance
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through strategic sourcing and process improvements
- Serve as a key user and subject matter expert in ERP implementation projects, representing European supply chain needs
- Provide leadership and development for the European supply chain team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
- Identify and nurture talent within the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles
- Strategic thinking and operational excellence
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving orientation and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SAP
- Professional-level English fluency

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, demonstrating a track record of optimizing European or multi-regional supply chain networks and leading cross-functional teams in complex business environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Supply Chain Management) is preferred.
