Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and lead one to two e-commerce marketing campaigns for SEA, delivering an end-to-end internship project under the supervision of the SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager.
  • Support CRM and brand loyalty initiatives in collaboration with retail partners to increase repeat purchase and customer engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital and e-commerce touchpoints; manage creative briefs for SGMY markets and liaise with local market leads.
  • Assist in managing the Lazada Feed social calendar: select creative assets and draft engaging captions for product listings and promotions.
  • Conduct competitor and market research on industry trends, consumer behaviour and channel activities; present insights with actionable recommendations for Sephora and Lazada growth.
  • Contribute to 360° marketing planning and execution, supporting PR launches, digital campaigns and trade marketing initiatives across SEA.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support to the SEA Senior Marketing Manager, SEA PR & Digital Manager and SEA Assistant Ecommerce Manager.

Qualifications

  • Available to commit full-time for 6 months from June/July 2026 to December 2026.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrable competency in creating, editing and producing digital creative content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confident interpersonal presence.
  • Highly creative mindset with an ability to think laterally and challenge the status quo; energetic and enthusiastic demeanour.

Experience

Entry-level internship suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; prior internships or academic project work in ecommerce, digital marketing or retail is advantageous. Candidate must be able to work full-time for the duration of the six‑month placement.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media or a related discipline.
