Benefit Cosmetics is seeking an E-Business Manager to lead e-retail and e-commerce strategy and brand activation across France and Germany, working with digital, marketing and global teams to increase visibility and sales. The role is a full-time fixed-term contract (CDD) based in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate brand activation plans with e-category managers at e-retailers, monitoring execution throughout the year.
• Develop and oversee the brand’s e-commerce activation plan for France and Germany.
• Analyse the performance of digital campaigns with e-retailers and e-commerce partners.
• Analyse customer journeys on e-retailer and e-commerce sites and propose improvements.
• Manage product assortments on e-retailer and e-commerce sites, highlight exclusive products and optimise e-merchandising.
• Analyse sales, growth and market-share trends across e-retailer and e-commerce sites.
• Work with digital and marketing teams to create omnichannel activations that improve performance.
• Work with the Global team on brand strategy and support European countries in its implementation.
• Monitor competitors across e-retailer websites.
• Manage the E-Retail Key Account Manager and the E-commerce & CRM Project Manager for France and Germany.
• Propose innovative ideas on an ongoing basis.
• Own the e-business strategy across e-retail and e-commerce, reporting to the European Marketing Director.
• Implement Benefit’s brand activation plan on e-retailer and Benefit e-commerce sites in France and Germany, in collaboration with digital teams, to increase visibility and sales.
