Role & Responsibilities
- Lead integrated talent and organizational development strategies that support business priorities, future workforce needs, and long-term growth
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, candidate experience, and employer brand initiatives that attract exceptional talent
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, leadership pipeline planning, and high-potential acceleration programs
- Build modern learning and leadership development programs that strengthen manager effectiveness, capability, culture, and performance
- Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational opportunities and improve team effectiveness, role clarity, operating models, and ways of working
- Use recruiting, talent, learning, engagement, workforce, and organizational data to generate insights, measure impact, and guide strategic decisions
- Lead and develop team members responsible for talent acquisition, talent development, learning and development, organizational development, and related talent programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience across talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, learning and development, HR strategy, or related disciplines
- 7+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, development, performance management, and leading teams through change
- Demonstrated experience leading talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, learning programs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Proven ability to design enterprise-wide frameworks, programs, tools, and processes that are scalable, practical, inclusive, and aligned to business priorities
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Experience
10+ years of progressive experience across talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, or related HR disciplines. 7+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, development, performance management, and leading teams through change.
Education
Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
