Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for its Düsseldorf team, starting 1 January 2027. The intern will work with a small marketing team on influencer partnerships, social media, editorial content, community management and product launches; this is a full-time internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage influencers and organize collaborations and events.
- Support public relations and influencer send-outs.
- Independently deliver projects, such as the Micro Influencer Program.
- Support the maintenance and development of social media channels.
- Coordinate and develop editorial content, such as TikTok videos and Instagram content.
- Support community management.
- Support product launches and day-to-day marketing operations across various topics.
Qualifications
- At least three completed semesters of study in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Initial practical work experience.
- Good English and excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Photoshop is an advantage.
- High motivation and enthusiasm, a sense of humour and a hands-on attitude.
- Affinity for marketing, the retail sector, and particularly influencer marketing, events and social media.
