Benefit Cosmetics in Paris seeks a Digital Manager, Mainland Europe to lead 360° digital strategy, media, content and CRM across Mainland Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the 360° digital strategy and activation plans for Mainland Europe, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and regional business priorities.
- Lead Paid Media, Social and Influencer activations; manage key external partners (media agencies, retail partners such as Sephora) and approve media plans and budgets.
- Own content strategy and production for Europe: manage a Content Creator, supervise regional content output and ensure editorial coherence, quality and innovation.
- Drive digital performance across channels (media, social, CRM, site): define KPIs, monitor reporting, identify optimisations and deploy best practices to maximise ROI.
- Oversee the European website and on-site content optimisation (SEO and engagement) and coordinate CRM and newsletter activities with local teams.
- Manage and develop a small regional team (2 permanent hires + 1 intern) and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with global, regional and local stakeholders.
- Steer the digital roadmap, challenge market-level activations and promote a data-driven culture within the region.
- Control regional digital budgets and channel allocations, monitor investments and implement continuous performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing; ideally 8+ years for senior profiles, preferably in beauty or luxury sectors.
- Proven expertise in social media, paid media and influencer marketing at regional or multi‑market level.
- Demonstrated international managerial experience and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong analytical orientation with experience setting KPIs, producing reporting and driving optimisation from data.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; excellent project management and organisational skills.

Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise in social, paid and influencer channels; experience in beauty or luxury and prior international/managerial responsibility strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
