Benefit Cosmetics Business Analyst Intern role in Singapore, supporting Southeast Asia commercial performance, financial analysis and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a business co-pilot, driving performance visibility and supporting the Regional GM (SEA & TR APAC), Sales and Finance teams.
- Track KPIs across Southeast Asia, including sales, productivity and sell-out trends.
- Monitor performance at retailer doors, with a focus on flagships.
- Participate in the sales dashboard optimization project.
- Provide sales and operations support.
- Prepare executive summaries for business reviews and retailer meetings.
- Support P&L analysis and business cases for new doors and investments.
- Assist with month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze growth drivers, risks and performance against targets.
- Support P&L analysis by country, channel and door.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and profitability.
- Automate reporting tools using Excel and Power BI.
- Improve data accuracy, efficiency and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Able to commit to a six-month, full-time internship from December 2026 or January 2027 to June 2027.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Business acumen and interest in retail and commercial operations.
- Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Proactive and adaptable.
