Role & Responsibilities
- Create an engaging, brand-aligned customer experience environment
- Lead and develop team members to deliver exceptional service standards
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets—both individual and team-based
- Monitor and optimize hourly sales performance
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and action plans
- Provide and update monthly performance reports and KPIs
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture for both customers and staff
- Contribute to team development, learning, and overall success
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Sell brand products and deliver brow waxing and beauty services
- Organize and manage promotional events
- Build and maintain a growing customer portfolio

Qualifications
- Qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or retail sales
- Proven experience in eyebrow waxing services (valued)
- Mandatory prior experience in team management or supervisory roles
- Advanced English proficiency
- Availability to work Monday–Saturday, 35–40 hours per week (flexible scheduling offered)

Experience
Minimum 5 years in cosmetics, perfumery, or retail sales environments. Prior eyebrow waxing experience is valued. Mandatory requirement: proven track record in team leadership and staff management within a retail or beauty setting.
Education
Formal qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image management (such as a cosmetology certificate or equivalent beauty industry certification).

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 27,000 to EUR 30,000 per annum.
