Benefit Cosmetics seeks an experienced Brow Bar Manager in Barcelona to lead retail beauty operations and drive sales for LVMH Beauty Iberia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create an immersive Benefit brand experience during all client interactions, and develop the team to deliver excellence in customer service
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for both individual and team performance, maintain hourly sales objectives, and develop growth strategies
- Provide and update comprehensive monthly performance reports and key performance indicators
- Foster a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere for both clients and employees; contribute to team growth, learning, and professional success
- Ensure full team compliance with company policies and procedures
- Sell brand products and deliver eyebrow services
- Organize and manage brand events and promotions
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with retail partner staff
Qualifications
- Training or qualification in aesthetics, makeup, or personal image consultancy
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or retail sales
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Proven experience in eyebrow depilation or waxing services (preferred)
- Prior team management or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Full availability to work Monday–Saturday on a full-time basis

Formal training or qualification in aesthetics, makeup, or personal image consultancy.
