Benefit (LVMH) in Barcelona seeks a Brow Bar Beauty Consultant (temporary, on-site). Part-time role delivering brow services and retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product advice and personalised consultations to drive sales of Benefit cosmetics.
- Deliver professional brow and facial hair removal services according to the brand's Brow Bar protocols.
- Achieve and contribute to sales targets and KPIs at the point of sale.
- Manage Brow Bar stock and inventory to ensure product availability and presentation standards.
- Implement in-store visual merchandising, POS and marketing guidelines to maintain brand aesthetics.
- Foster enthusiastic brand advocacy and deliver exceptional client experiences that build loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, reporting relevant launches and promotions to the team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in aesthetics, makeup, or personal image.
- Minimum three years' experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail (retail experience in beauty essential).
- Practical experience with eyebrow waxing/depilation is strongly preferred.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, attentive to detail, with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail; hands-on experience performing eyebrow waxing or Brow Bar services is highly desirable.
Education
Certification or vocational training in Aesthetics, Makeup Artistry, or Personal Image.
