Benefit Cosmetics in Utrecht seeks a Brow & Beauty Expert to perform brow treatments, drive counter sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional brow treatments including tinting, waxing and shaping to the highest hygiene and client-care standards.
- Present and sell Benefit products at the counter, using the Beauty ABC's and Service ABC's sales methodology to achieve individual sales targets.
- Proactively engage customers and convert traffic through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
- Maintain the counter and product displays in a clean, organised and hygienic state at all times.
- Communicate stock and treatment supply requirements to the management team and participate in inventory processes.
- Represent the brand at counter events and new product launches, contributing to event setup and client activation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or customer-facing roles; cosmetics or beauty service experience preferred.
- Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services with a demonstrable aptitude for sales.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proactive, independent and commercially minded with a customer-first attitude.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position: some prior retail or customer-service experience is required; previous experience in cosmetics, brow services or treatment-based retail is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) preferred; vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty therapy is a plus.
