Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Brow & Beauty Expert in Rotterdam, Netherlands for part-time eyebrow and makeup consulting roles.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyebrow treatments including waxing, tinting, shaping, and lamination
- Demonstrate and advise on Benefit makeup products to enhance customer experience
- Create quick, engaging mini-makeovers for clients
- Provide warm and confident customer service to build brand loyalty
- Maintain cleanliness and welcoming ambiance of the Brow Bar
- Collaborate closely with Douglas retail team members
- Ensure customers feel confident and empowered in their appearance
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch language skills
- Passion for eyebrows, beauty, and makeup
- Comfort engaging with customers or willingness to develop communication skills
- Ability to explain and demonstrate products in simple, engaging ways
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, retail, or customer-facing roles. Prior brow or beauty experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
