Role & Responsibilities
- Execute eyebrow treatments including waxing, tinting, shaping, and lamination techniques
- Demonstrate and recommend Benefit cosmetics products with clarity and enthusiasm
- Create quick, personalized mini-makeover experiences for customers
- Deliver warm, confident customer service that instills client confidence and satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, inviting Brow Bar environment
- Collaborate closely with Douglas retail team members to ensure seamless operations
- Educate customers about eyebrow and beauty product benefits using simple, engaging explanations
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch language skills
- Comfort with face-to-face customer interaction
