Role & Responsibilities
- Execute professional brow treatments including waxing, tinting, shaping, and lamination techniques
- Demonstrate and recommend Benefit makeup products with clarity and enthusiasm
- Create quick, engaging mini-makeovers for clients
- Provide warm, confident, and attentive customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere at the Brow Bar
- Collaborate closely with Douglas retail team members
