Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Brow & Beauty Expert for a part-time role in Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands—delivering eyebrow treatments and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement, brow treatments, and effective product presentations utilizing Benefit's Beauty ABC's and Service ABC's sales methodology
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and retail colleagues to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Perform eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping with precision and adherence to hygiene standards
- Participate actively in counter events, including new product launches and promotional activations
- Monitor and communicate stock requirements for both treatment supplies and retail inventory
- Maintain counter displays and treatment areas in pristine, hygienic condition at all times
- Drive customer engagement and 'traffic stopping' activities to generate interest and sales
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in retail and/or customer-facing roles, with cosmetics experience preferred
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
- Strong passion for cosmetics, brow services, and beauty trends
- Natural sales aptitude and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced retail environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of documented experience in retail and/or customer contact roles, ideally within the cosmetics, fragrance, or prestige beauty sector.
Education
No formal education requirements specified; however, completed beauty, cosmetology, or retail certification programmes are advantageous.
Workplace
This position is based in Capelle aan den IJssel, Overijssel, Netherlands, within easy reach of Rotterdam.
