Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Brow and Beauty Expert in Amsterdam, Netherlands—part-time role with comprehensive training and competitive compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform eyebrow treatments including waxing, tinting, shaping, and lamination according to brand standards
- Demonstrate and advise on Benefit makeup products using simple, engaging presentation techniques
- Create quick, personalized mini-makeovers for clients
- Deliver warm, confident customer service that builds client trust and satisfaction
- Maintain the Brow Bar in a clean, welcoming, and hygienic condition
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members and Douglas retail partners
- Ensure clients feel confident and empowered in their beauty journey
