Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Brow and Beauty Expert in Amsterdam, Netherlands for temporary, full-time counter retail and eyebrow treatment services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement, performing brow treatments, and effectively presenting Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's and Service ABC's sales methodologies
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and retail colleagues
- Participate in counter events, including new product launches and promotional activities
- Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales inventory to management
- Maintain counter displays and treatment areas in pristine, hygienic condition at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail and/or customer-facing roles, preferably in cosmetics
- Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services with natural sales aptitude
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
- Proactive approach to customer engagement and traffic conversion
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or customer service experience in cosmetics or beauty is preferred, though candidates with strong customer engagement skills and sales aptitude will be considered.
