Benefit Cosmetics is hiring a Brow & Beauty Expert in Amsterdam — temporary on-site role performing brow treatments and retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform professional brow treatments including tinting, waxing and shaping while ensuring client comfort and safety.
- Present and sell Benefit Cosmetics products using the Beauty ABCs and Service ABCs sales approach to meet individual sales targets.
- Engage proactively with customers on the shop floor to generate traffic and convert consultations into retail sales.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and retail colleagues to support counter performance.
- Participate in counter events and new product launches to drive awareness and trial.
- Monitor and communicate stock requirements for treatments and retail, and maintain counter and display hygiene and visual standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or customer-facing roles; cosmetics experience preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for cosmetics and brow services with a natural aptitude for selling.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken) is required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level — proven retail or customer-contact experience required; prior cosmetics or salon experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty/cosmetology is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
