Benefit Cosmetics in Amsterdam seeks a Brow & Beauty Expert (Temporary) to deliver brow treatments, drive retail sales and create exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform professional brow treatments including tinting, waxing and shaping to Benefit service standards, maintaining high levels of hygiene and presentation at the counter.
- Drive individual sales targets through consultative selling, product presentation and aftercare recommendations using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales methodology.
- Deliver memorable customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat visitation, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and retail colleagues.
- Support counter activation and merchandising: participate in launches, in-store events and promotional activities; communicate stock and treatment kit requirements.
- Maintain impeccable visual standards and sanitisation of the counter, tools and displays at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or direct customer-facing roles; cosmetics experience preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty and brow services with a commercial, sales-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to multitask effectively.
- Proactive, confident in approaching customers (traffic-stopping) and capable of working independently.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail or customer-contact experience is expected; specific experience in cosmetics and brow services is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty, cosmetology or esthetics preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
