Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement and brow treatments.
- Perform eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
- Present and sell Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Participate in events and product launches at the counter.
- Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics.
- Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Dynamic, enterprising, and independent personality.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail or customer-facing roles, with a preference for cosmetics experience.
