Role & Responsibilities

  • Create an environment centered on exceptional customer service and brand experience
  • Establish and maintain Benefit's brand DNA through consistent execution of selling and service protocols
  • Teach, coach, and develop employees to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly boutique sales targets while maintaining sales-per-hour metrics
  • Hire, orient, develop, and retain boutique staff; conduct fair and timely performance reviews
  • Train and supervise the Assistant Boutique Proprietor to develop their management and business acumen
  • Monitor and respond to online customer feedback (Mirror Mirror, Yelp, and other reviews) within 24 hours
  • Respond to customer complaints and inquiries within 24 hours; document and report incidents to the Regional Boutique Proprietor
  • Manage boutique finances including payroll, petty cash, safe operations, and monthly budgeted expenses
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate stock concerns to the Regional Boutique Proprietor
  • Ensure all clients sign the service E-waiver form for customer protection
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities between products and services
  • Maintain boutique security protocols and safeguard customer personal information
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, state board regulations, and timekeeping procedures
  • Manage cash handling, registers, deposits, and financial accuracy
  • Maintain boutique safety and security standards for employees and customers

Qualifications

  • Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required
  • Proven strong sales and service track record
  • 3–4 years of retail experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various software systems (POS, email, payroll, inventory systems)
  • Proficient at analyzing financial data and numbers
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and select holidays
  • Ability to successfully pass an E-Verify background check
