Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual product and service sales goals while driving overall boutique performance
• Perform Benefit services including waxing, tinting, laminations, and other services in full compliance with Benefit standards, techniques, and State Board guidelines
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Sales & Service Leads and Brow & Beauty Experts, providing coaching, training, and performance management
• Cultivate exceptional client relationships by delivering personalized experiences, addressing concerns promptly, and encouraging repeat visits and loyalty
• Monitor and analyze boutique performance data to identify opportunities and formulate effective action plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Oversee all day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring compliance with Benefit Cosmetics policies, US Boutiques procedures, and Internal Control standards
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing boutique environment that invites clients and reflects brand standards
• Execute merchandising guidelines, new product launches, and company programs to maximize retail results
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with partners to ensure optimal stock availability
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, employee engagement, and diversity
• Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating Benefit's heritage and values through exceptional storytelling and role modeling
• Proactively drive in-store events and animations to generate business, enhance client loyalty, and elevate brand visibility within the local market

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty sales, retail management, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and service goals
• Valid state-issued aesthetician or cosmetologist license for the work state; employee responsible for fees, training, and renewals
• Proof of insurance, current and valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to successfully complete the E-Verify process
• Strong leadership capabilities including team management, people development, and caring leadership
• Demonstrated retail strategy, sales management, and business development expertise
• Client-focused mindset with proven ability to develop customer relationships
• Proficiency in operational excellence, inventory management, and retail management
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Booxi, and PowerBI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with adaptability in diverse situations
• Ability to track, monitor, and analyze retail performance data

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty sales, retail management, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and service goals. Experience in team leadership, business development, and client relationship management is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. State-issued aesthetician or cosmetologist license mandatory; candidate is responsible for maintaining current licensure and completing any required continuing education or renewals.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 81,100 to USD 94,600 per annum.
