Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a customer-centric boutique environment that prioritizes exceptional service and positive guest experience
  • Execute Benefit's brand DNA and selling methodology (Beauty and Service ABC formulas) in accordance with the Global Service Handbook
  • Drive boutique sales toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining individual and team sales-per-hour (SPH) metrics
  • Hire, train, develop, and supervise boutique staff including Assistant Boutique Proprietors, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Conduct fair and timely performance reviews; address unsatisfactory performance and policy violations in partnership with HR and Regional leadership
  • Monitor and manage all financial aspects including payroll, petty cash, deposits, inventory budgets, and monthly P&L adherence
  • Respond to customer feedback (Mirror Mirror reflections, Yelp reviews) and complaints within 24 hours; escalate unresolved issues to Regional Boutique Proprietor
  • Ensure strict compliance with state board regulations and company policies; maintain accurate records in retail and POS systems
  • Maintain boutique security including cash management, safe protocols, inventory protection, and employee safety
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving, transferring, and returns procedures; communicate stock concerns to regional leadership
  • Promote cross-selling between services and products to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value
  • Ensure all clients complete and sign the E-waiver form (service release/customer protection documentation)

Qualifications

  • Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license (required)
  • Proven strong sales and service track record
  • Minimum 3–4 years of retail experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
  • Proficient computer and analytical skills; comfort with POS systems, e-waiver platforms, and scheduling software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to pass E-Verify background check
  • Physical capability to stand continuously for 8 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in fragrance-filled environments
