Benefit Cosmetics seeks an experienced Beauty Consultant in Zaragoza. Manage brow services, drive retail sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at Sephora.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships to maximize client loyalty
- Embody the Benefit brand philosophy and DNA in every customer interaction
- Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Perform professional makeup and brow services (waxing, tinting, and lamination) according to brand excellence standards
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure point-of-sale success
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitive market developments
Qualifications
- Qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image
- Minimum three years of professional experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or specialized retail sales
- Experience with eyebrow waxing services (highly valued)
- Intermediate English language proficiency (desirable)
- Full-time availability, Monday–Saturday, 11:00–20:00
