Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships to maximize client loyalty and retention
- Communicate Benefit's brand values and distinctive ethos in every customer interaction
- Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively: achieve sales targets, ensure customer experience excellence, control inventory, maintain visual presentation, and oversee merchandising
- Perform professional makeup and eyebrow services—including waxing, tinting, and lamination—to Benefit's exacting quality standards
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to optimize point-of-sale performance
- Stay current with beauty industry trends and competitive developments
Qualifications
- Certification or formal training in aesthetics, makeup artistry, or personal image consulting
- Minimum two years of experience in cosmetics, prestige fragrance, or specialized retail sales
- Experience with eyebrow waxing services is highly valued
- Intermediate English language proficiency
- Availability to work 30 hours weekly: Monday–Wednesday 15:30–20:00 and Thursday–Saturday 12:00–20:00 (1-hour lunch break)

Experience
Minimum two years of professional experience in cosmetics retail, prestige fragrance, or specialized beauty sales. Prior eyebrow waxing service experience is advantageous.
Education
Formal certification or training in aesthetics, makeup artistry, or personal image consulting.
