Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and makeup recommendations to customers, focusing on eyebrows, lashes, and makeup application
- Execute professional makeup applications and brow treatments to help customers achieve their desired aesthetic
- Present and merchandise the Benefit Cosmetics product range at the retail counter
- Schedule customer appointments and manage booking inquiries
- Monitor and replenish product inventory; place restock orders as needed
- Report key sales metrics and merchandising data to management
- Collaborate with retail partners such as Douglas department stores on promotional activities and product placement
- Contribute creative ideas to counter design, visual merchandising, and seasonal displays
