Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and assist customers with personalized product recommendations and beauty consultations across the Benefit range
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and drive sales performance at the dedicated counter
- Maintain counter visual merchandising and creative displays to elevate brand presentation
- Manage inventory coordination, product reordering, and sales reporting with retail partners
- Schedule customer appointments and manage counter calendar
- Collaborate with retail managers and merchandising teams on promotional initiatives and sortiment optimization
Qualifications
- Passion for cosmetics and makeup artistry
- Professional experience as a makeup artist, hairstylist, or equivalent beauty background—career changers welcome
- Strong communication skills in German; English highly desirable
