Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Beauty Consultant in Vienna (Donauzentrum). Full‑time role with Brow Bar training and €2,251–€2,452 gross/month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, face‑to‑face beauty consultations and product recommendations at the counter, driving sales and client satisfaction.
- Perform brow, lash and make‑up services with sensitivity to individual aesthetics and client needs.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised client book.
- Place product reorders, monitor stock levels and communicate key sales and assortment figures to store/retail partners.
- Collaborate with retail partners (e.g., Douglas) and internal teams to optimise counter performance.
- Contribute to creative counter presentation and execute visual merchandising to showcase the Benefit assortment.
Qualifications
- Passion for make‑up and beauty; experience as a make‑up artist, hairdresser or similar professional background is advantageous; career changers are welcome.
- Comfortable using a PC and adopting new digital tools and trends relevant to retail operations.
- Confident communication in German; proficiency in English is desirable.
- Professional, self‑motivated personality with a warm, customer‑centric manner.
