Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a part-time Beauty Consultant for its Brow Bar at Sephora, El Corte Inglés de Pintor Sorolla, Valencia, with a 36-hour work week. The role combines makeup and brow services with client experience, commercial performance, stock and merchandising management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, building lasting relationships and maximizing client loyalty.
- Communicate Benefit’s passion and brand DNA in every interaction.
- Manage the Brow Bar end to end, covering commercial targets, client experience, stock, image and merchandising.
- Perform makeup and brow services, including waxing, tinting and lamination, in line with the brand’s excellence standards.
- Work closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure the point of sale’s success.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor developments.
Qualifications
- Training in aesthetics, makeup or personal image.
- At least 2 years of experience in cosmetics, perfumery or specialist retail sales; experience in brow waxing is valued.
- Intermediate English.
- Availability to work 36 hours per week.
- Client and results orientation, attention to detail, communication skills, autonomy, initiative and proactivity.
