Role & Responsibilities
- Master Benefit's product portfolio to deliver informed beauty consultations and drive sales
- Achieve designated point-of-sale sales targets and KPIs
- Perform professional eyebrow and facial hair removal services using waxing techniques
- Manage Brow Bar inventory meticulously, ensuring optimal stock levels at all times
- Communicate brand passion authentically to every client interaction
- Maintain visual merchandising, display lineals, and point-of-purchase materials according to marketing guidelines
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with store management and the broader retail team
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and product launches to maintain thought leadership
Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Styling
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in cosmetics or perfumery
- Professional eyebrow waxing experience strongly preferred
- Immediate availability
- English language competency at intermediate level or higher
- Strong customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with autonomous decision-making ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in cosmetics or perfumery; eyebrow waxing or facial depilation experience is highly desirable.
Education
Formal training or certification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image Consulting.
