Benefit Cosmetics in Valencia seeks a Part-time Beauty Consultant for Brow Bar services and product sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional Brow Bar services (eyebrow shaping/waxing and facial hair removal) to the brand’s standards, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Advise clients on Benefit product ranges and convert consultations into retail sales to achieve and exceed point-of-sale targets.
- Maintain Brow Bar stock levels and manage inventory to guarantee product and consumable availability.
- Execute merchandising, visual guidelines and point-of-sale displays as directed by the Marketing team to preserve brand presentation.
- Foster strong relationships with store management and the wider retail team to drive coordinated commercial activity.
- Monitor market and competitor activity (promotions and launches) and communicate insights to the team to remain commercially aware.
- Uphold exceptional hygiene, presentation and service quality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Professional training or certification in esthetics, makeup or personal image.
- Demonstrable technical ability in eyebrow waxing and facial hair removal (preferred).
- Intermediate level of spoken English (desirable).
- Immediate availability and legal right to work in Spain.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetics, perfumery or beauty retail; prior Brow Bar or eyebrow-waxing experience is strongly preferred.
Education
Vocational or professional training in esthetics, makeup artistry or personal image.
