Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets through customer engagement, brow treatments, and effective product presentation using Beauty ABC's and Service ABC's sales frameworks
- Establish and maintain quality relationships with customers and Douglas retail colleagues
- Participate in counter events, including new product launches and promotional activities
- Communicate stock requirements for treatments and retail inventory
- Maintain counter cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising displays
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail and/or customer-facing roles, preferably in cosmetics
- Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services with natural sales aptitude
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
- Proactive customer engagement skills with traffic-stopping presence
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Dynamic, enterprising, and independent mindset
