Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement, brow treatments, and effective product presentation using Beauty ABC's and Service ABC's sales approach
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues
- Participate in counter events, including new product launches and promotional activities
- Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales inventory management
- Maintain counter displays and treatment areas in clean, hygienic, and visually appealing condition at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail and/or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics
- Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services with natural aptitude for sales
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and multi-task effectively
- Proactive approach to customer engagement and traffic-stopping sales techniques
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
- Dynamic, enterprising, and independent work style

Experience
