Benefit Cosmetics seeks a part‑time Beauty Consultant (Brow Bar) in Santiago de Compostela — temporary role with LVMH Beauty Iberia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional brow and facial hair removal services according to brand protocols.
- Advise clients on Benefit product lines and drive retail sales and add‑on services.
- Achieve and exceed point-of-sale KPIs and sales targets for the Brow Bar.
- Manage Brow Bar stock and inventory to ensure product and consumable availability.
- Implement visual merchandising, POS materials and brand guidelines in-store.
- Provide outstanding, brand‑consistent guest experiences and communicate brand passion to every client.
- Collaborate closely with store management and the regional supervisor; maintain team cohesion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to contribute to local commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Aesthetics, Makeup, Personal Image or equivalent vocational training.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetics or perfumery sales (retail experience required).
- Hands‑on experience with eyebrow waxing/depilation is strongly preferred.
- Availability for a part‑time schedule (35 hours/week as stated) and on‑site presence in Santiago de Compostela.
- Intermediate English desirable.
