Benefit Cosmetics Beauty Consultant (Temporary, part‑time) in Santander — provide brow services, drive sales and join LVMH's Brow Bar team.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional brow shaping and facial hair removal services (waxing) according to Benefit protocols, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide tailored product advice and makeup application to drive sales and achieve Brow Bar and point‑of‑sale targets.
  • Maintain Brow Bar presentation and merchandising to Marketing guidelines (fixtures, visual merchandising, POS materials).
  • Manage Brow Bar stock levels and replenishment to ensure product and service continuity.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and follow up on repeat business and loyalty initiatives.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity (launches and special actions) to stay current with trends and offer informed advice.
  • Collaborate closely with the store team and store management to support in‑store operations and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Professional training in Esthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail (eyebrow waxing experience preferred).
  • Availability to start immediately for a part‑time schedule of 34 hours per week (temporary contract).
  • Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a results focus.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and integrate into a retail team.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail; direct experience performing eyebrow waxing and brow services is highly desirable.

Education

Vocational or professional certification in Esthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
