Benefit Cosmetics seeks Beauty Consultant in Porto, Portugal. Temporary full-time role managing Brow Bar with makeup services and retail sales responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting client relationships to maximize loyalty and retention
- Embody Benefit's brand DNA and values in every customer interaction
- Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively: achieve commercial objectives, ensure customer experience standards, oversee stock management, and maintain visual merchandising
- Perform makeup and eyebrow services including waxing, tinting, and brow lamination according to brand excellence standards
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure point-of-sale success
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive developments
Qualifications
- Qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image
- Minimum two years' experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or specialized retail sales
- Proficiency in eyebrow waxing services (highly valued)
- Fluency in English (preferred)
- Full-time availability
- Customer-centric orientation and results-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills

Experience
Minimum two years of professional experience in cosmetics, fragrance retail, or specialized beauty product sales. Experience performing eyebrow waxing services is particularly valued.
