Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Beauty Consultant in Marbella, Spain. Temporary role with brow and makeup services, customer experience focus, and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building lasting relationships and maximizing client loyalty and lifetime value
- Communicate Benefit's brand identity and core values authentically in every customer interaction
- Manage the Brow Bar holistically to achieve commercial targets, customer satisfaction, stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
- Perform professional brow and makeup services including waxing, tinting, and lamination in accordance with brand standards of excellence
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure point-of-sale success and operational excellence
- Stay current with beauty industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging product innovations
Qualifications
- Training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image
- Minimum two years of experience in cosmetics or specialty retail sales
- Experience performing brow waxing services (highly valued)
- Intermediate English language proficiency
- Availability to work five days per week, 20 hours weekly (17:30–21:30)
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Autonomy, initiative, and proactive problem-solving abilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of professional experience in cosmetics sales, perfumery, or specialized retail. Prior experience performing brow depilation services with wax is valued. Demonstrated track record of customer service excellence and sales achievement in luxury beauty or prestige retail environments.
Education
Training or certification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image is required. Annual professional certifications in brow services and makeup application are provided and expected.

The role is situated in Marbella, Málaga, Spain — conveniently close to Málaga.
