Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge of the Benefit cosmetics range to deliver consultative, luxury-level advice to customers
- Drive sales performance and achieve point-of-sale targets through persuasive client engagement
- Manage Brow Bar inventory with precision to ensure product availability and stock rotation
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence by adhering to marketing guidelines for product displays, lineups, and promotional materials
- Communicate brand passion authentically to each customer, creating memorable experiences
- Cultivate positive relationships with store team members and management to support a cohesive work environment
Qualifications
- Training or certification in aesthetics, makeup artistry, or personal image consulting
- Advanced English proficiency
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion

Experience
