Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant in Marbella for a temporary summer role at the Brow Bar.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert, luxury-level advice on Benefit products and brow services to clients at the Brow Bar.
- Drive sales and achieve point-of-sale KPIs through consultative selling and product demonstration.
- Manage Brow Bar stock levels accurately to ensure continuous service availability.
- Maintain impeccable visual standards and execution of merchandising, display and POS materials in line with Marketing directives.
- Convey brand passion to every client and cultivate strong client relationships to support repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with store management and the on-site team to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Professional training or certification in Aesthetics, Makeup Artistry or Personal Image.
- Minimum 3 years' retail experience in cosmetics or perfumery (Brow Bar or similar service experience strongly preferred).
- Advanced English language skills.
- Availability to start in April and work a 30-hour weekly schedule (part-time, temporary assignment).
- Candidates with an official disability certificate ≥33% are expressly encouraged to apply.
