Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on Benefit products to drive sales.
  • Achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
  • Perform brow and facial waxing services with excellence.
  • Manage Brow Bar stock to ensure product availability.
  • Inspire customers with passion for the brand.
  • Maintain the Brow Bar according to marketing guidelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with store management and team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Education in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
  • Minimum one year of experience in cosmetic or perfumery sales, with brow waxing experience preferred.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (high level preferred).
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week from April to October.
  • Customer orientation, results-driven, attention to detail, communication skills, autonomy, and proactivity.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
