Benefit Cosmetics seeks Beauty Consultant for temporary summer retail position in Málaga, Spain. Part-time brow and makeup specialist role within LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations and relationship-building, maximizing customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Communicate and embody Benefit's brand DNA and values during every client interaction
- Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively, including achievement of sales targets, customer experience standards, inventory control, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Execute makeup and brow services (waxing, tinting, lamination) according to brand excellence standards and professional protocols
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora leadership to ensure point-of-sale success and operational excellence
- Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging beauty innovations to maintain product knowledge and market awareness
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image Consulting
- Minimum one year of experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or specialized retail sales
- Experience performing waxing depilation services (highly valued)
- Medium-level English language proficiency
- Client-oriented and results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, initiative, and proactive problem-solving abilities

Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or specialized beauty services, with demonstrated expertise in brow and makeup application
Education
Formal qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image Consulting required
