Join Benefit Cosmetics in Malaga as a Beauty Consultant. Part-time position with LVMH, offering a dynamic work environment in the luxury beauty sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on Benefit products to deliver a luxury customer experience.
  • Drive sales and achieve the sales targets of the Brow Bar.
  • Manage stock levels efficiently to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain the aesthetic and merchandising standards of the Brow Bar in line with marketing guidelines.
  • Inspire and engage customers with a passion for the brand.
  • Foster excellent relationships with the store team and management.

Qualifications

  • Training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to start in June with a 20-hour work week.

Skills

Strong sales acumen in the cosmetics or perfumery industry. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional organizational skills.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in cosmetic or perfumery sales is desirable.

Education

Training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
